MBN was established in 1969 and operates in construction and real estate development. We work for private and public clients in a wide range of sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, education, hotels and leasure, etc. More than 650 colleagues are working from 12 branch offices in Germany.
MBN also owns a steel company, Rheiner Stahlbau, and operates a division for profile cladding, a division for timber construction and a division for international projects. As an owner managed business, we have a long-term perspective and believe in partnership with our clients and suppliers.
As a medium-sized construction and real estate company, we have been providing high quality in all areas of construction and over the entire life cycle of a property for 50 years. Our focus is turnkey construction, all services from building construction, metal and facade construction and real estate management. Together with partner and subsidiary companies such as RSB Rheiner Stahlbau GmbH, we generate synergies. Our customers include both public and private builders. Over 600 competent employees have your success as their goal. We dedicate ourselves to your projects from a total of 13 locations nationwide and three branches abroad.

Building Information Modeling
With the introduction of “Building Information Modeling” – BIM – the structures and processes of the construction industry have been changed for a few years. The associated digitization and continuous development offer a wealth of new possibilities. A combination of spatially tangible objects and informative qualities offers MBN evaluation options over the entire life cycle of a building project. For this purpose, component works are digitally designed and processed using BIM-compatible software.
